Our History |

Hillberg & Co. CPAs was founded in Turlock by Carl Hillberg in 1947. Over the years, the accounting and tax practices of W. F. Garlough, Keith Winton and Bennett Carlson have been merged to form Hillberg & Co., CPA’s.
The business began with a single adding machine and a manual typewriter. Today the firm is owned by Carl’s son, Robert, and has a fully computerized office with state-of-the art equipment, and a highly trained, extremely qualified staff of four CPAs, three staff accountants, a payroll specialist and three administrative assistants.
Hillberg & Co. CPAs serves businesses and individuals throughout the Central Valley area. The firm provides audit, accounting, tax and consulting services with specialties in agricultural, construction, telephone and automobile industries.
