Our firm is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our Sacramento office. This is an onsite Part-Time position and is flexible. Based on our current needs, this administrative position is needed for 2-3 hours per day. The main areas of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: scanning, printing, organizing documents, and front desk administrative help.

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be computer proficient, and have experience with multi-line phones and general office procedures. Due to the nature of our industry, the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements is a must.


Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and managing visitors
  • Answering calls when needed
  • Conference room booking
  • Operate office equipment
  • Process mail
  • Assist other office staff as required
  • Maintain filing systems


  • 2+ years of Administrative Experience
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting and tax preparation services is preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Effective time management
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail on all projects
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
