Our firm was founded in 1947, by Carl Hillberg. His goal was to help and guide the clients of the central valley towards the best decisions for their personal and business tax situations. Fast forward to more than 75 years later, our current Managing Partner, David Rose, who has been with the firm for over 20 years, brings his extensive background experience in audits and public accounting to our firm. He is a CPA, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), and CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics).
